Kellenberger–White designed the final catalogue for The Hydra Workshop’s twenty-one-year contemporary art programme, selected each summer by Pauline Karpidas and Sadie Coles. For it, we accentuated the informality of the publication series’ existing slim-line format to suit the tone of Jamian Julian–Villani’s brightly coloured paintings of mundane yet dreamlike scenarios.

A soft matt lemon-yellow cover houses triple-gloss interior pages for the saturated plates. We offset the rich imagery with the technologically resonant forms of our typeface KW CAD and rethought the conventions of the contents and acknowledgements pages so that the catalogue evokes an album rather than a book.
