Kellenberger–White developed the creative direction for the 42nd Turner Prize, hosted by MIMA, Middlesbrough Institute of Modern Art, in 2026. The shortlisted artists are Simeon Barclay, Kira Freije, Marguerite Humeau and Tanoa Sasraku.

Our work builds on MIMA’s visual identity, developed by Kellenberger–White in 2016 through research, workshops and community consultation. It also includes the identity for Turner on Tees, a region-wide programme of exhibitions and events developed around the arrival of the Turner Prize.

Turner on Tees brings together Hartlepool Art Gallery, Redcar Palace, Darlington Library Gallery, ARC Stockton, The Auxiliary, MIMA, Preston Park Museum & Gardens and the Dorman Museum.
